I feel so much gratitude and honor to be able to do this deeply restorative work and to hold space for your body, mind and soul to recuperate and re-center.
Krystal is of Argentinian decent, born of first-generation immigrants, and currently resides in Philadelphia- stolen Lenni Lenape land. She has always been inspired and curious about the web of the consciousness, and the fact that We Are Nature. Her work is multi-faceted, built upon years of various practices from as young as 12 years old, many global explorations, and thousands of dedicated hours of training and 1:1 work. She has been engaging with plant-magic and ritual since childhood- Originally taught by her sister and continued with various teachers from many different backgrounds.
Krystal’s work revolves around the practice of Vitalism- a belief that our bodies hold the inherent wisdom to provide balance and health. You’ll find her work is both effectively therapeutic and deeply soul nourishing. She utilizes bodywork, subconscious experiencing and herbalism to support your body in relaxation, nervous system regulation, nutrition, and tapping into deep resources of self-healing and empowerment.
