My goal with hypnosis is to help guide your through your subconscious and explore the limitations that may be holding you back, as well as the resources for overcoming them, so you can feel empowered and present in your life.

Hypnosis is a human condition, meaning it is something you already experience everyday. Humans enter into hypnotic trance states 55 times a day or more. It is a completely natural state! In this state, your Conscious mind relaxes and lets the Subconscious come forth, communicating deeper needs/wants that may have been holding you back, until now.

You see, your subconscious is always working in the background, both when you’re awake and asleep. It influences your behaviors, reactions, and how you view yourself and your world. Whenever you’ve lost track of time or peripheral awareness, or have become one-pointedly focused on a task or experience, you are existing from the subconscious mind. In fact, reading, writing, watching tv, driving, daydreaming, deep thinking, sleeping, meditation, along with intense ritual and prayer are some examples of being in subconscious trance states. It’s nice to know that your body really enjoys being in this state. And as a result, you’ll notice you feel instantly calmer, more relaxed or rhythmic, with a sense of unity or expansion when you are in a natural hypnotic state. Which makes hypnosis a great therapy for anxiety, restlessness and cyclical thinking.

You can use Hypnosis for more than just relaxation. You can use it to shift your perspective of yourself and your life in many ways.

Within your subconscious mind exists many parts of your deep-seeded programming -your beliefs, subliminal perceptions, automatic skills, memories of your past- as well as the more imaginative and liminal workings like creativity, emotions, and bodily responses. It is deeply entwined in your Autonomic Nervous System-Like a bridge from your thinking brain to your feeling body.

By slowing down and exploring issues in a hypnotic state, you are able to tap into a more expansive and effective way of solving them. Various insights and approaches come up to the surface of consciousness that can support you in unique ways by effectively applying the changes you want right now, not only in a logical conscious way but in a subconscious believing and feeling way.
